Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of ampedelectricgames.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from our online store. The Site and store are operated by Amped Electric Games LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company ("Amped," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must place the order and accept these terms.

2. Products and pricing

We try to describe products, colors, and prices accurately, but errors happen. We may correct mistakes, change prices, or cancel an order affected by a pricing or listing error, and we will refund anything you paid for a cancelled order. Product availability can change without notice.

3. Made-to-order merch

Amped apparel and merch are printed or embroidered after you order. Production times and sizing vary slightly by item. See our Refund Policy for what we do if an item arrives defective or incorrect.

4. Partner-brand products

Some products are made and shipped by partner brands. Those products carry the brand's own warranty, return terms, and instructions, which you agree to follow. Amped helps coordinate support but does not manufacture these products and does not add any warranty of its own.

5. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, resale abuse, or shipping restrictions. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment partners. You agree that the payment information you provide is yours and is accurate.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping, returns, and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

7. Safe use

Electric unicycles, Onewheels, and related gear involve real risk of injury. Products sold here, including helmet lights and mounts, are accessories and do not prevent injury. Always wear proper protective gear, follow the manufacturer's instructions, and ride within your ability and local laws. You use all products at your own risk.

8. Events

Race entries, camps, and other Amped events have their own registration terms and waivers. These Terms of Service do not replace them.

9. Our content

Everything on the Site, including logos, the Amped Electric Games, USA EUC, and USA FLT names, photos, video, and text, belongs to Amped or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse, or sell it without our written permission.

10. Things you agree not to do

Don't use the Site for anything unlawful, try to break or overload it, scrape it, submit false information, or impersonate anyone.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to partner and third-party sites. We aren't responsible for their content, products, or policies.

12. Disclaimer

The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Amped disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Amped is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

14. Indemnification

You agree to cover Amped's losses and reasonable legal costs from claims caused by your misuse of the Site or products or your breach of these terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
