A proving ground first
Before there was a national series, there was a weekend in Bentonville, Arkansas. Amped Electric Games has been the proving ground for electric unicycle racing in the United States: it hosted experimental formats, full-scale competition and broadcast coverage, and showed riders, brands and organizers what the sport could look like at its best.
A single weekend can prove a sport works. It cannot give that sport a season. USA EUC grew out of what Amped learned. Launched publicly on November 27, 2025, it is the national sanctioning body for electric unicycle racing, built by riders, for riders. It brings that structure to independently organized events across the country that choose to be sanctioned, and Amped Electric Games remains a flagship event in the championship.
"Electric unicycle racing has evolved rapidly from small community races into a legitimate action sport with real competition, skilled athletes, and fan momentum," said Seth Johnson, Founder, USA EUC; Organizer, Amped Electric Games. "Launching USA EUC is the next step forward, creation of a unified structure where riders can test their limits, develop as athletes, and race for a national title."

Where USA EUC fits in the Amped portfolio
Amped Electric Games LLC is the parent company of four organizations:
- USA EUC: the national sanctioning body for electric unicycle racing
- USA FLT: the national sanctioning body for Onewheel racing (read why Amped launched USA FLT)
- eRideLife: lithium fire safety
- The Electric Angels: a 501(c)(3) nonprofit
The company also runs Amped Electric Games, the annual electric unicycle festival and race in Bentonville. Its fifth edition was held October 1-4, 2026. For a partner, the portfolio means one conversation can cover series-level partnership in two sports, rider safety and community work. Sponsorship of an individual event is arranged with that event's organizer.
What a national series offers partners
A standalone event gives a sponsor one weekend. A national series gives a season. USA EUC offers sponsors, brands, venues and media a season-long structure to attach to, built on four things:
- Standardized rules at every sanctioned race, so a result means the same thing in California as it does in Arkansas.
- Professional timing standards, so results are objective and comparable.
- A national points ranking that ties each race to the season as a whole.
- Divisions for multiple skill levels, so the series reaches newer racers as well as the front of the field.
For sponsors and brands, that means visibility across a full season rather than a single date. For promoters and venues, sanctioning connects an event they already run to the national calendar and ranking, with marketing and media support from Amped. The event stays theirs. For press and media, it means a season with consistent rules and a clear championship to follow.
How sanctioning works
Every event on the USA EUC and USA FLT calendars is owned and run by its own organizer. Sanctioning connects those events to a national series: shared rules, timing standards and a points ranking that carries across the season. Amped Electric Games supports sanctioned events with marketing, media and promotion, so each organizer's event reaches a national audience. The events belong to the people who build them.
The 2026 season
The 2026 season opened in January at King of the Motos in Johnson Valley, California, with sanctioned races following across the United States. Formats include off-road racing, track racing and a downhill dual slalom at Amped Electric Games in Bentonville. The full schedule is at usaeuc.com.
